Rolls-Royce Cullinan Full Color Change Wrapping — Precision Behind Luxury

A full color transformation of a Rolls-Royce Cullinan is a task that demands a profound understanding of luxury aesthetics. 

For this transformation, we utilized high-grade Hexis vinyl, chosen for its deep, consistent color saturation and exceptional conformability over the Cullinan’s long, sweeping panels and subtle curves. A key technical objective was to minimize seam placement and manage material tension with extreme care. Strategic planning allowed us to hide necessary joins in natural body lines, while our installation technique avoided excessive stretching, particularly in recessed areas and around complex contours where stress can lead to premature failure. This mindful application is crucial for longevity.

In line with our commitment to preservation, we completed the entire installation without using any primer. This decision reflects confidence in our surface preparation and wrapping skill, ensuring the vinyl adheres perfectly through its own properties and does not introduce any foreign chemical layers between the film and the factory paint. The project was allotted 5 to 7 days, providing the necessary flexibility to address intricate zones like the illuminated Pantheon grille, Spirit of Ecstasy, and the two-tone application line without rushing.
