The Rolls-Royce Spectre represents the future of luxury grand touring, combining electric performance with timeless design and uncompromising craftsmanship. Any modification to such a platform must meet the highest standards of engineering, aesthetics, and material quality. This project was focused on creating a fully bespoke forged carbon body kit, designed and manufactured exclusively by DEIZ GARAGE.
The process began with the development of an original body kit design, carefully aligned with the Spectre’s proportions and design language. High-precision 3D scanning of the vehicle allowed us to digitally model each component with absolute accuracy, ensuring seamless integration with factory body lines and mounting points.
Following the design phase, CNC machining was used to produce master models and high-precision molds. These molds formed the foundation for the composite manufacturing process, where each element of the body kit was produced individually using hand-laid forged carbon.
For this project, high-fraction forged carbon was selected to achieve both structural integrity and a distinctive visual texture. All components were laid strictly by hand, allowing full control over fiber distribution and surface appearance. Vacuum infusion technology was applied to guarantee optimal resin saturation, strength, and long-term durability.
Specialized resins and chemical compounds were used throughout the manufacturing process to prevent carbon fading, yellowing, and degradation under heat and UV exposure. The result is a forged carbon body kit that delivers OEM-level fitment, exceptional durability, and a truly exclusive aesthetic worthy of the Rolls-Royce Spectre.
