The Ford Bronco, an icon of rugged capability, received a transformation at DEIZ GARAGE that perfectly marries bold aesthetics with unwavering protection. We executed a full color change using Rhinomative Color PPF, a pioneering material that combines the vibrant, opaque finish of a color wrap with the self-healing, impact-resistant properties of premium paint protection film. The challenge was dual: to achieve a seamless, uniform color across the Bronco’s adventurous contours while ensuring the protective layer was flawlessly applied for years of off-road and on-road resilience.
Our approach prioritized precision from the start. The vehicle underwent thorough decontamination and paint correction to ensure a perfectly smooth base. We then applied the Rhinomative PPF with a focus on achieving clean, invisible edges and avoiding any visual seams, particularly around the Bronco’s distinctive removable door panels, fender flares, and complex grille area. Consistent with our high standards, we completed the installation without relying on primer.
The project was completed in an efficient yet uncompromising 5 to 6 days. This timeline allowed for careful handling of large film sections and precise finishing in detailed areas. The result is a Bronco that confidently stands out with its new, vibrant color, all while its factory paint is shielded beneath a durable, self-healing armor against trail pinstriping, stone chips, UV fading, and chemical stains.
