This Mercedes E-Class project was built around a clear objective: elevate performance to a level far beyond factory capability while preserving refinement, control, and everyday usability. Achieving this balance required a comprehensive approach that addressed power delivery, thermal management, braking, and drivetrain calibration as a unified system.
The build started with the installation of hybrid turbochargers designed to deliver higher airflow efficiency and stronger response across the rev range. To support increased demand, high-performance fuel pumps were installed, ensuring stable fuel delivery under sustained load. Cooling was addressed through a modified system capable of maintaining consistent operating temperatures even during aggressive driving.
Airflow improvements included a revised intake system, while the exhaust was upgraded to a full Akrapovič system, reducing backpressure and improving acoustic clarity. To match the increased performance, the car received carbon-ceramic brakes and lightweight forged wheels, significantly enhancing stopping power and unsprung mass characteristics.
All three control units — ECU, CPC, and TCU — were custom-calibrated to work seamlessly together. The result is a car that accelerates harder, shifts cleaner, and remains composed at speed, without compromising the E-Class’s core identity as a refined performance sedan.
