This project focused on a performance upgrade for the Porsche Panamera 2.9T (330 hp) 2021 using a Stage 1 ECU calibration.
The upgrade was performed using ECU-only tuning, without hardware modifications. The goal was to improve overall engine performance while maintaining safe operating parameters and factory drivability.
All calibrations were tested on the DEIZ DYNO, allowing us to compare stock performance with the upgraded setup. The dyno graph clearly shows the difference between the factory configuration and the Stage 1 calibration.
The result is a noticeable increase in power and improved engine response across the rev range, delivering stronger acceleration while maintaining smooth operation for everyday driving.
This project demonstrates how ECU calibration alone can significantly enhance the performance of the Porsche Panamera 2.9T while keeping the vehicle fully usable as a daily driver.
