This Tesla Cybertruck project represents a pinnacle of wrapping as automotive artistry, pushing the discipline beyond color change into the realm of layered, hand-crafted design. The concept centered on integrating traditional Arabic calligraphy with the Cybertruck’s futuristic form, requiring a sophisticated multi-layer installation process to achieve visual depth, stark contrast, and legible artistry across the vehicle’s angular planes.
We combined materials from Avery Dennison and Hexis to leverage their respective strengths in color vibrancy, dimensional stability, and cuttability. The process was immensely complex: a base layer was first applied to create the foundation color. Subsequently, the intricate calligraphic design was printed and precisely cut. The most demanding phase followed—each individual letterform and decorative element was meticulously hand-weeded, positioned, and applied as a second layer.
The total project timeline extended from 12 to 21 days, a direct reflection of the artistic and technical complexity rather than the vehicle's size. This was not a production-line job; it was a bespoke commission requiring immense skill, patience, and creative confidence at every turn. At DEIZ GARAGE, we welcome such challenges precisely because they demand the highest level of craftsmanship.
