Through careful ECU calibration, throttle response became more immediate and intuitive, reducing delay between pedal input and engine reaction. Torque delivery was reshaped to feel smoother and more progressive, allowing the V8 engine to express its character without abruptness.
The result is a Defender that feels more connected and confident, whether navigating city traffic, overtaking on highways, or driving under load. Reliability and daily usability were fully preserved, ensuring the vehicle remains equally capable on and off the road.
