The Mercedes-AMG G63 combines high mass, powerful drivetrain output, and off-road capable suspension geometry. These characteristics place continuous stress on wheel hubs and braking components, making precise maintenance essential for safety and driving stability.
For this project, DEIZ GARAGE replaced the front wheel hub bearings, restoring correct rotational geometry and eliminating potential vibration or premature wear. Bearing degradation often develops gradually and may not be immediately noticeable, yet it significantly affects handling and braking accuracy.
In parallel, a full measurement of brake discs and pads was conducted across all four corners. Rather than relying on visual inspection alone, precise measurements ensure braking components operate within optimal tolerances. The brake pad wear sensor was also replaced to restore accurate monitoring and prevent false warnings or delayed alerts.
This approach ensures the G63 maintains predictable braking behavior, correct wheel alignment, and long-term chassis durability.
