The Project
This McLaren 765LT was built to combine two completely different approaches: a one-of-one visual transformation and a four-figure M840T performance package underneath. The project started with an already serious platform and was transformed inside, outside and technically into a completely different machine.
The exterior received a full TopCar Design carbon-fiber body package, custom forged wheels by MORENDI with carbon plates and a completely redesigned presence compared with the factory specification. Inside, the cabin was fully reupholstered in-house to match the level of the exterior transformation and complete the full rebuild of the vehicle.
Underneath the visual transformation, the 765LT received a complete Stage 3 / M1100 performance package including upgraded turbochargers, upgraded fueling, improved airflow, drivetrain upgrades and custom MORENDI calibration.
The final configuration delivers:
848.0 HP / 877.5 Nm on the 98 RON Stage 3 base map.
1,082.6 HP / 976.8 Nm on the full E45 ethanol map.
The E45 result was measured at 33.1°C ambient temperature on the DEIZ Dynomax using SAE J1349 correction. The project was developed around a five-map MULTIMAP calibration strategy, allowing the vehicle to operate across different fuel types and performance levels.
Powertrain
The McLaren 765LT uses the M840T LT-specification engine platform. To support the increased output, the vehicle received a complete performance package developed around upgraded turbochargers, increased fueling capability, improved airflow and drivetrain upgrades.
The installed configuration includes:
- TTE upgraded turbochargers
- Injector Dynamics ID1050x injectors
- Heat-shielded downpipes
- Upgraded inlet pipes
- Upgraded exhaust system
- Wavetrac differential
The hardware package was combined with MORENDI Stage 3 / M1100 calibration and extensive engine and gearbox tuning to create the final configuration.
ECU / Calibration
The vehicle uses a custom MORENDI Stage 3 / M1100 five-map MULTIMAP calibration. The system allows the 765LT to operate across different fuel types and performance levels:
Valet — 395 HP
98 RON — 850 HP
98 RON with Pops — 850 HP
100 RON — 950 HP
E45 ethanol map — full performance program
The highest-output E45 calibration produced the final measured result:
1,082.6 HP @ 8,030 rpm
976.8 Nm
All maps above Valet include the flame option on lift-off, with bursts of up to two seconds. The vehicle also features Rolling Anti-Lag, activated with ESC Dynamic mode, above 4,000 rpm and ideally in third gear.
The complete MULTIMAP calibration was developed in-house by MORENDI calibrators and validated through high-speed RAM datalogging of ECU internal parameters.
Dyno Results
The final calibration was tested on the DEIZ Dynomax in Dubai using SAE J1349 correction.
The 98 RON Stage 3 base map produced:
848.0 HP / 877.5 Nm at 27.2°C ambient temperature.
The full E45 ethanol map produced:
1,082.6 HP @ 8,030 rpm / 976.8 Nm at 33.1°C ambient temperature.
The same runs expressed using SAE J607 correction would display approximately:
890 HP on the 98 RON map.
1,137 HP on the E45 map.
The hardware remains unchanged between these figures — only the correction method changes. The reference results for this project remain the SAE J1349-corrected figures measured on the DEIZ Dynomax.
Real-World Performance and Features
The 765LT was developed as a complete performance package with a five-map MULTIMAP calibration strategy, allowing the vehicle to operate across different fuel types and power levels. The available programs include Valet, 98 RON, 98 RON with pops, 100 RON and the full E45 ethanol map.
All maps above Valet include the flame option on lift-off, while Rolling Anti-Lag adds an additional performance feature within the calibration package.
Monitoring and Validation
All five calibration programs were developed in-house by MORENDI calibrators. The vehicle was validated using high-speed RAM datalogging of the ECU’s internal parameters. The monitoring process allowed the calibration behaviour and engine operation to be tracked throughout development.
The calibration strategy was developed with Gulf operating conditions in mind. The E45 result was achieved at 33.1°C ambient temperature, while the calibration was designed for summer conditions reaching 40°C.
Final Result
The completed McLaren 765LT M1100 represents a complete transformation — from the TopCar Design carbon-fiber exterior and reworked interior to a four-figure M840T powertrain package.
Starting from the factory 755 HP platform, the vehicle received TTE upgraded turbochargers, Injector Dynamics ID1050x injectors, upgraded airflow components, exhaust upgrades, drivetrain improvements and a complete MORENDI Stage 3 / M1100 MULTIMAP calibration.
The final measured results are:
848.0 HP / 877.5 Nm on the 98 RON Stage 3 base map.
1,082.6 HP / 976.8 Nm on the full E45 ethanol map.
The project combines unique carbon-fiber design, a fully reworked cabin, extensive engine and gearbox tuning, multiple fuel maps, flame functionality, Rolling Anti-Lag and a calibration strategy developed for Gulf conditions. The result is a unique McLaren 765LT transformed into a four-figure performance build.
